Er drohte zu Scheitern, doch in der vergangenen Woche wurden nach hektischen Telefonaten und Krisensitzungen die letzten Hürden aus dem Weg geräumt: Die Fachhochschule Nürnberg erhält einen Neubau, um den doppelten Abiturjahrgang im Jahr 2011 bewältigen zu können.

Das bestätigten gestern Prof. Michael Braun, Präsident der Ohm-Hochschule, und Wolfgang Zeitler, Leiter der Fachhochschul-Abteilung im Wissenschaftsministerium, auf Anfrage der NZ. Am vergangenen Freitag sei es nach monatelangem Tauziehen zur Einigung zwischen der Immobilien Bayern (IMBY), die ans Finanzministerium angegliedert ist, und der Hochschule gekommen. Beide Seiten schoben sich immer wieder gegenseitig die Schuld an der Verzögerung zu.

«In den nächsten Wochen wird die Ausschreibung erfolgen», sagte Zeitler, und Braun ergänzte: «Die Hemmnisse sind beseitigt. Die IMBY wird ausschreiben.»
